I have been living here for 6 years this is a beautiful place..The apartments are convenient to many stores and schools ..Our apartment manager Marg is great always helpful and very professional ..Kudos to Her and her maintenance staff … I would highly recommend the Grande Apartments to anyone who is interested in living in a 55+ community .
STAY AWAY!! They STOLE 600.00 over a three month period in rent from my credit card WITHOUT a signed, binding by both parties lease agreement THEN they lied, filed FALSE COURT PETITION in JP COURT.. then they stole more money in a pro-rated rent for 3 days move in early THEN STOLE more money in 5 days of prorated rent plus security deposit REFUND when I moved out, still owed that correct refund of 1,300.00..that maintenance man Landlord is sick would watch me leave property and go to my private apartment and remove personal ... read more
