I love this building ! Great people, lovely homes and nothing out of the norm re living in a new condo has occured. The building is very clean. Perfect alottment of concierge service, and they are very friendly and always willing to help. I didnt mind the previous management. The elevator, and door issues are normal occurances for a new building. Other issues has not been out of the norm for a new buildign (cracks are expected due ot the building settling). Giving 1 star because I moved in Oct 1 2022 and its a brand new building. They promised the outdoor pool and hot tub to be open a month after my move in. Here I am in mid march and its still not open! I am paying top dollar for rent (over 3k monthly). To top that off, it has the worst concierge service I have ever seen in a luxury high rise. I moved here from The Amazing Brentwood towers where there was about 5-6 concierge employees and someone was always at the desk until 11PM daily! In this building its only 1 person until... read more
