I was stranded. A room was found for me. Hotel was filled booked because of the storm This Hotel deserves a 10 star rating. Staff went above and beyond.
Cant beat the location if you have an early morning flight the next morning. Rooms were nice and clean and remarkably quiet for being at an airport. would stay again.
The pillows were stiff and thick. No option of softer pillows. Very uncomfortable. The worst was the room lighting, it turned on automatically in the middle of the night, and there is NO off switch anywhere near the bed. Atrocious experience. The breakfst box was junk. Overrated hotel.
