We love kicking off our winter vacation with a stay at the Grand. The service is consistently excellent, and once more, we had a delicious meal at the Blue Marble, where our server Ryan was very attentive.
Called for an inquiry and spoke to YOLANDA. She had horrible customer service for being asked a simple question. I will not be coming here solely based on this experience.
Convenient when staying at the airport. Ate in the lounge, nice ambience. One of the best tasting burgers I've ever had. Nice little wine room as well.
