The new owners are so incompetent. They didn’t have my renewal lease and didn’t take the time to get it until I sent them an email telling them I was going to move out. Once they got the renewal lease, I asked them what should I do if a wanted to move out anyway and they answered me that I wasn’t able to move out since I’m in a current lease. I just moved in here a few weeks ago and I love it! Living here has been so nice, as well as the maintenance team and the SPS staff. I love my new home!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. But I can't. From SPS to the building itself, nothing was good about this place. Be warned if you are looking to move in! Honestly this place is horrible, for the entire last month that we lived here there was a homeless man that lived in the hallway/stairwell, we called SPS to tell them and they just didn't answer. I have been back and forth about writing this review but ive decided that you all should know the truth about SPS. Me and my fiance were looking for our first apartment in March of 2022. SPS was suggested by a friend who was currently renting and said that they were great so I trusted her.I was met with Jon from SPS to do multiple walkthroughs. The only thing this building really has going for it is it's proximity to Pleasant Ridge Square. When I toured there were visible bug traps, the breaker box was painted over so thickly I could not open it. The building's door to the mail and laundry areas was propped open with a rock and someone's mailbox had a note to not mess with it if one was not the renter nor the postal system. I wanted to post this since there are only like 6 pictures online that mostly show the newly remodeled kitchen
