I was amazed when I first stepped into the venue. It is gorgeous. The hosts are beautiful business people who make you feel special. The son is a great up and coming, entertaining DJ who read the room with his selections. I have and will always refer anyone here for any event. If I could give 10 stars, it is well worth it. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
I recently had the pleasure of hosting my mother's 70th birthday party at The Grand U LLC, and I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and memorable experience. This location lacks communication and professionalism from the owner to the clients. The contract was not reviewed and not all parts of the contract was emailed, the owner was unprofessional. Instead of again, reviewing his contract with the client, he chose to send his workers to interrupt my daughters party and he himself interrupted her party by coming to the rented space one hour before the event ended, approached my daughter in front of all of her guests and stated he’s losing money because alcohol was not purchased fro... read more
The Grand U Banquet Hall is absolutely stunning! Mrs. Iesha and Mr. Carlos went above and beyond to ensure our event was flawless. I hosted my husband’s 50th birthday party at this upscale banquet hall. Their attention to detail, warm hospitality, and professionalism made the planning process so easy. The hall itself beautiful, spacious, and perfect for any occasion. Guests couldn’t stop raving about the beautiful setup. I would highly recommend The Grand U and this amazing duo!
