I have lived at The Grand, in Clinton, CT, for 1 1/2 years. The building has not been completed. There are hazards everywhere you turn. There is unfinished lighting, with exposed wires, in the common areas and temporary stairs going from the lobby to the second floor. There is no railing on the front entrance to the building which has caused numerous accidents. This building is not handicap friendly. There is no ramp at the front entrance to the building. Once the building was completed it was beautiful. The train was not an issue at all. Was told a gym would be built but it wasn’t. Also took 45 days to get my security deposit back after being told there were NO damages to unit.
Apartments are in great shape. Kate and Joe make it smooth and easy from the start. Would definitely recommend
