I am so happy with the maintenance crew. Always helpful. Always available. The leasing office continues to go downhill. They just don't care. I give up. I've asked for very little over the past 2 years, and it has been exhausting to get results. Everything was beautiful and smooth when I first moved in 2 years ago. Niki & Mila were so professional and caring. Their listening skills were impeccable. I'm done with these clowns. I suggest you go elsewhere.
READ THE REVIEWS! I went to view the property and Hayley was nice, i fear she may lied. After reading the reviews I decided to go elsewhere. From bugs to mold those aren't problems I don't want as a new tenant, especially if management and maintenance aren't trying to resolve them.
The maintenance staff is always cordial and the work is good quality. It's always a pleasant experience when they are fixing the problems.
Eric helped us out quick with our AC unit! Very good experience across the board with the Grand Reserve team.
I pay for Direct-TV a $100 month and still can’t access it. AT&T internet goes in and out. The pool near my building still isn’t open and trash pick up is hit and miss. My apartment is nice. I’m just tired of not able to get help.
