This is by far the worst place me and my fiancé moved into the basically scammed him with the application fee and made him a pay $150 but it says otherwise on there app they false advertise there apartments it’s not worth living there it’s not even that nice and when we moved in it was absolutely gross it wasn’t clean and the people who lived there didn’t take care of it on top of that they took so much money from us and Management was awful we have had water leaks for months and finally moved out and got a home and they sti... read more
Mila Smith was extremely helpful and personable, she answered all of our questions and was very present and polite… I’m looking forward to potentially moving in soon…
This place is a Joke I wish I could give them 0 Stars ⭐️ save your time don’t move here. I been here 4 years I seen over 5 managers every time you sign your lease renewal they up your rent. They don’t pick up trash 🚮 luxury apartments/Motel 6. 0 Star ⭐️ stay away from this place.
Just wanted to say how wonderful Mila has been while I have been renting here! Mila is who I worked with to set up my lease with the Grand reserve and she has been so knowledgeable and personable throughout my whole experience. The apartment itself that I was set up with is gorgeous and spacious. Definitely the best all around that I have seen in the middle TN area!
We moved from across the country & signed a lease to move in on 8/1. From the beginning, getting these people to communicate in a timely manner during the application process was nearly impossible which was the first red flag. Upon move in, the unit had dead bugs all over the floor by the front door, and tons of bugs popping up around the unit daily.
