I recently moved here and I cannot say enough good things about this complex. The staff and management have all gone above and beyond from the first tour through move in and getting settled. They are all very professional, quick to help, and go above and beyond to make sure as a resident you’re taken care of! The apartment itself is huge and has amazing finishes and features especially for the price.
The place is poorly built, the stick on fake wood keeps peeling, runs out of hot water quick, takes for ever for work order to be filled, been dealing with this mold situation for the past 3 years all they did was hire some people that don’t speak English they cut out the mold and replaced dry wall instead of treating it, the mold is back, they never told me when signing the lease that there was water damage on my apartment before moving in the hen they told me the apartment is in perfect condition, management hides from us ... read more
Doesn’t even answer the phone
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The office employees are underhanded. Waiting for renewal notice to see if I was going to renew. You have to give 60 days notice. Called the office multiple times. They finally gave me a renewed letter 9 days after my sixty days notice was due. So I decided to move based on the increase. They kept my deposit and charged me an additional 1,025. Unethical scum You responded with I should call the office to discuss. You have my number. Feel free to call.
