If I could give zero stars, I would. My move-in experience at The Grand Reserve at Spring Hill (Spring Hill, TN) has been the single worst apartment experience I’ve ever had, and that’s saying something. Let’s start with move-in day. We were handed keys to a unit that was clearly not cleaned and absolutely not ready for occupancy. Broken blinds, damaged cabinets, a broken kitchen sink, paint issues, and general filth that should have been caught long before anyone was allowed to move in. These apartments are trash! The amenities are either not up to par or inaccessible. Paid services such as trash pick up is not dependable. And to top it all off, there are pests issues. We have multiple types of insects from mulch roaches to ghost ants. We’ve treated and the apartment has had a pest control service come multiple times and the ants will not die.
