These apartments are trash! The amenities are either not up to par or inaccessible. Paid services such as trash pick up is not dependable. And to top it all off, there are pests issues. We have multiple types of insects from mulch roaches to ghost ants. We’ve treated and the apartment has had a pest control service come multiple times and the ants will not die. Heard they have mold and wont do anything to remedy
Mold everywhere and holds u hostage to your lease
We were had some problems and Erich was able to take care of the issues in a fast and timely manner and he was extremely helpful.
