I have been at the Grand Reserve for almost 2 years and have had a great experience! The complex has a new property manager, and I haven’t met her yet, but I can tell she’s working to make great improvements to the community. Many of the minor issues that used to happen, have been resolved. Mila and Niki are fantastic and always so friendly and helpful. I don’t know how, but they remember people’s names which is amazing. Clean community, friendly staff, big apartments for a great price!
This is by far the worst place me and my fiancé moved into the basically scammed him with the application fee and made him a pay $150 but it says otherwise on there app they false advertise there apartments it’s not worth living there it’s not even that nice and when we moved in it was absolutely gross it wasn’t clean and the people who lived there didn’t take care of it on top of that they took so much money from us and Management was awful we have had water leaks for months and finally moved out and got a home and they sti... read more
