I been here at the Grand Reserve apartments for 4 years I got a lease renewal on my door and portal for two different prices I went to the office to discuss my offer the new manager is very rude and Snotty and basically said he will not help us leave the building all I was asking was how we got 3 different quotes. Avoid at all costs. We moved in here when our house sold quickly and we had a short time frame to move. The office is very unorganized. When I called and complained about my bathroom smelling like marijuana from (assuming) the people under me, they just laughed about it. Six weeks before we were set to move out, we noticed mold from a water leak on the ceiling in my kids room, near the front door, and in the closet. My wife and I have been living here at the Grand Reserve for close to a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about our apartment complex experience. No issues with bugs. trash is picked up consistently (excluding weekends, and make sure to put it in a large trash bag otherwise they won’t pick it up) Kiera is exceptional at her job by making the move in process extremely easy.
