We were had some problems and Erich was able to take care of the issues in a fast and timely manner and he was extremely helpful.
We pay 2k a month and they park full trash trucks in front of our buildings for months
Actually dont want to write this but simply frustrated, imaging your adult child having emergency surgery on thier spine and needing to stay with you for recovery while you help care for her and her 4 kids and in the process a normal thing like dishwasher goes down but your service requests sits for 4 weeks while you work 12 hour days, call the office cant get an answer unless you go up to the office. promised call back, none rec'd, mgr on leave, offc staff says nothing they can do, regional mgr wont even answer the ph and m... read more
I have been at the Grand Reserve for almost 2 years and have had a great experience! The complex has a new property manager, and I haven’t met her yet, but I can tell she’s working to make great improvements to the community. Many of the minor issues that used to happen, have been resolved. Mila and Niki are fantastic and always so friendly and helpful. I don’t know how, but they remember people’s names which is amazing.
