It is a 70+ bed facility and over 20 people died there while I was in rehab for 23 days. (flu)

I think so Does this provider use current and safe equipment? No; the equipment needs to be updated Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy
