I.V sucks, other than that no qualms. -therapy was excellent -nurses/staff were very good -food was very good-some too acidy
The Grand at Pawling has a good facility. They have some great people working there and some that need to be weeded out, since they make it harder for others to do their jobs.
I would recommend the Grand Rehab at Pawling to others. It just seemed that when (one) person absorbed a lot of attention, it appeared that this floor (staff) was under-staffed.
Therapy at the Grand at Pawling really helped me. Nurses and staff took good care of me. The meals needed improvement.
Excellent PT and OT staff at The Grand at Pawling. They are caring, helpful, efficient and know their jobs inside and out. 2 aides I had were very good. Every other aide and nurse I had went from fair to excellent.
Some things at the Grand at Pawling can be improved upon, but all of the staff, Doctors and such, were really great people. I wanted to take time out and thank everyone for their care and help.
The Grand at Pawling has helped me learn a lot about myself and I have met wonderful people here. At first I thought it was going to be hard being that I am the youngest one here, but I was wrong. They are welcoming.
I was treated great at The Grand at Pawling and felt very welcomed.
I really enjoy the activities. The music is great and I like watching some of the residents sing and dance. My aides are always very helpful.
