Horrible!!!!!!!! I am disgusted and appalled at the treatment a friend of mine has received from the owner Dr. Hotchkiss. My friend took her dog there for grooming at The Grand Pet Resort and Spa only to find when she picked him up that he had been shaved bald (without consent), had one of his nipples razored, had razor burn on his neck, and was acting as though he had been abused.
