Good place good service
staffs were rude. then when we confronted them, the manager would tried to outdo their rudeness. full on scammers as they decided not to serve some of us our food including my baby sister. the waiters would purposely avoid serving her bc yeah she wouldn’t eat most of it, but we still had paid for it no? and when me, then my dad, then my aunt and then my cousin would remind those disgusting waiters to, we still wouldnt have gotten it. my dad would confront them for their terrible and literally disgusting service and behaviour... read more
Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding and the staff were incredibily helpful throughout the entire lead up to the event, nothing was ever too much trouble. On the night itself, the ambience was perfect and really brought everything together. A special mention to the staff on the night who were so friendly, attentive, and genuinely lovely to deal with. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or team.Over it was amazing!
The level of rudeness from the staff was honestly shocking. They refused to serve food to my 5-year-old niece, even though we had already paid for it, which was really upsetting and completely unacceptable. On top of that, my cousin and I overheard the manager telling staff not to serve food to certain tables, which felt extremely unprofessional and unfair. I am writing this because I am still in shocked at how I was treated today. I have never been to a place where the staffs were so mean, disrespectful , and completely rude to their customers. From the second I walked through the door, the staff acted so kind and caring at the start but then there was a horrible change in their attitude.
