Hello, I share this opinion with you... When I requested maintenance, minutes later, I was contacted by Mr. José, who very kindly told me that he would arrive shortly. Once in my apartment, he arrived and examined the equipment on the outside, and immediately decided to check the internal equipment, cleaned the air conditioning drain and immediately it began to cool. I am very grateful for the efficient and immediate service from the Grand Memorial and Maintenance group.

Spacious apartments, good appliances, great location. Maintenance team is very responsive and takes care of the request promptly and diligently. My frustration is with the lack of response from the Curtesy officer and the office. One evening on my way to the gym I was approached by 2 teenagers carrying a baseball bat and asking me for money.
