Very expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. Very classy. Very clean. Very nice.
I’ve lived at the Grand for 5 years and I have to say the management and maintenance staff is outstanding! Friendly, helpful and attentive…and the response time to questions or maintenance issues is always amazing. I sent a request for a/c maintenance at 4:25 pm yesterday, knowing it would be handled first thing the next day…well they outdid themselves and were here within an hour to fix it!!! I can’t say enough good things about this team…they are simply the best!!!
I have been a resident for roughly 7 years. I truly enjoy living here. The office staff and managers are super nice. They always greet everyone with respect and help in anyway they can. Maintenance is super quick and friendly. Brad, Justin and Sergio will respond to any issues quickly and always explain what is wrong.
