Having lived at "Grand Legacy" for nearly 18 years (July 1st, 2008) I can honestly say this is the first time I've been EMBARRASSED to live here. Neither management nor maintenence live on sight, so that alone speaks volumes. New neighbors are allowed to move in with mold exposed on flooring and tile. Property metal fencing has been nearly flattened now for 7 years. Excuse- snowplows removing snow. (??) Different lawn care companies only mow. My wash machine went out and the maintenance man replaced it this afternoon as soon as the replacement wash machine arrived! Courteous and professional and a great attitude!
