Having lived at "Grand Legacy" for nearly 18 years (July 1st, 2008) I can honestly say this is the first time I've been EMBARRASSED to live here. Neither management nor maintenence live on sight, so that alone speaks volumes. New neighbors are allowed to move in with mold exposed on flooring and tile. Property metal fencing has been nearly flattened now for 7 years. Excuse- snowplows removing snow. (??) Different lawn care companies only mow. Trimming trees or pulling weeds is rare and often done by residents. Fire hydryants... read more
