Has an elevator! Affordable Senior Living in a beautiful building
The elevator is or nearly a hundred years old. It often stops working for days and weeks. Then the senior citizens have to use the stairs. Many are unable to do this. There are 5 floors. If you live on the 5rh floor, it is next to impossible to climb that many stairs with groceries. The apartments are very small. Only one window in the tiny living room.
