I’m leaving a comment here because of this place is a joke. It is a nice apartment to live for the time I was being here, but the office people are very unprofessional. I had moved out since Sep,2019. Normally the move in deposit have to be refunded within three months, it never arrived. Until today I’m still waiting for my deposit back. I called them monthly to check on it and see where it was at, everytime I talked to them they direct me to another person or said the manager Jessica isn’t available, or out of office. I’m staying at the Mints and I had stuff stolen out of my room! This place is terrible!! They have zero security and no cameras! Do not stay here! Worst stay I’ve ever had!

The Grand staff is the best, apartments are super modern with great views, and the gym in the building is like a gym you'd buy a membership to. Also Peloton bikes!
Visited Denver recently, great location, but definite security issues while the building is a construction site. Look for more finished out options if you are considering relocating to Denver like me.
Beautiful apartments in a great location. We've been here 4 weeks, and it's turned into a nightmare. No security, no cleaning, and no maintenance. Aggressive homeless sleeping, doping, and defecating daily. Look elsewhere.
I recently moved into the Grand and can't say enough on how amazing the building and the management and staff are! If your looking for a nice building with amazing management and location this is the place. Thanks again Jessica, Luisa, Brittany, Dabraham, and for making my move and transition so much easier!
