I love how big the 2 bedrooms are.
RecommendedIt’s a great place to live. Lots of trees. Large 2 and 3 bedroom apartments which include carport parking, a pet park, and swimming pool. Call for specials. $199 move in for December
We lived there less than a year. Sewage kept backing up in my master bathroom shower and toilet. They came and cleaned it and said it was fixed but then 1 wk later it did the same thing again. They tried saying it was our fault. I asked how the hell we caused it to backup in the shower and toilet? No answer from them. Also the dryer vent was clogged and the moisture began pooling in the living room ceiling caused mold to grow and ceiling began falling down. They said it was my fault too. We moved.
We lived at The Grand for two years and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment. Sylvia and her staff are so pleasant and always helpful to their residents. If you have a maintenance problem, they are very quick to fix it. We never had to wait for more than a day. My kids miss going up to the office and talking to Sylvia and getting candy. � The only reason we moved is because we bought a house, otherwise I am sure we would still be there.
I have lived here about 7+ months and I have to say they respond quickly to any problems your apartment may have. If they can not fix it immediately they tell you when it can be done or not depending on the problem request. We give them a 4 instead of a 5 because the apartments still need remodeling for current upto date units but as far as maintenance and the lease manager we would say top knots.
We've been here a year and I love it!!! Quiet, neighbors are awesome as is the staff and maintenance!!!!!
