We have been living in this community 4 years It has been absolutely the best..previous and current staff always friendly and helpful maintenance always prompt..the gramercy is a gem..but we are highly disappointed that we come to find out that our little boy soon to be kindergarten will not be going to New Albany schools.. upon moving in we were told by the previous staff the gramercy is under New Albany school district.. unfortunately that’s not the case ..all though we love this community we will be moving next lease up..... read more

My husband and I worked with Bria to find the perfect home for us. Bria had very good communication skills and was extremely patient with us while we decided which unit we wanted to go with. We also were able to have flexibility with our move in date/pricing. The complex has so many amenities to offer, we are very excited to be apart of this community!
The Gramercy staff have been amazing with my pre move-in process! Grace and Bria were able to answer all of my questions and I really wanted to thank Bria for staying past her working hours to show me around!! I can’t wait to be part of this community!
I recently moved into The Gramercy and so far, it's been a great experience. The leasing process was smooth, and the staff were helpful and responsive throughout. The apartment was clean and ready on move-in day, which made the transition much easier. The building itself is modern and well-maintained, with amenities like a fitness center, lounge area, and secure package lockers. The location is also convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby.
