Convenient Student Living I love living here, this place literally has everything. Fully furnished with SEVERAL amenities, like there is no other choice for students. Especially students coming out of the dorms, these apartments PROVIDE all the furniture you need and you don't have to spend money on getting furniture.

I wish I could leave 0 stars.... 100% do not live here..... Story time...... Maintenance doesnt give a fuck they just walk right in after the first knock 0 notice fucking at all. The bathroom on my side was basically all broken so I was using the other side bathroom had all my shit in it they rudely told me I had to take all of it out and put it on my side. Lmao bruh they grabbed all of my shit iand just flopped it in the living room. Honestly suck my balls.
TOTAL JOKE DONT LIVE HERE Poor Management,Poor Maintnence, I have lived here for a year and constantly have to put in work orders and then wait for weeks to get stuff worked on. DONT LIVE HERE

Warning to other parents looking for an apartment for your college student. This is the WORST customer service and experience of any apartment I have ever rented. Beware this is run by a company that has many other apartment complexes in town. Don't let the shiny/pretty appearance fool you. They find ways to charge you for things I never knew existed. Biggest rip off in town.
The first day I arrived, my apartment was a mess, the old tenant left food and garbage everywhere. No one checked that the apartment was clean and ready which they should if someone new is coming. I complained and I asked to be relocated via email and in person. The staff assured me after summer it was possible, when I called the manager was never there or in a meeting. RecommendedAmazing and friendly staff. Very helpful when we needed to have our dryer looked at and fixed. Would definitely recommend them to new students and people moving in to Manhattan
Id give zero stars if possible. Be prepared cuz this one is long! Some of their tenants live in maggots, they cant get their paperwork straight, they have no idea what your supposed to pay and it changes every time you talk to them, people speed through the parking lot with no regards to the children who live here, the contract states you get furniture but its not the case.
