Visited the Gramax Apartments and recieved a tour from Andrew who was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and super helpful!
***DO NOT MOVE HERE*** After almost living here 4 years they have made the last year a nightmare. The property changed to Kettler and previously before we had 24 hour maintenance and we had security and monthly pest control. Now we have nothing but mold and a rodent infestation and murders across the street and surrounding areas and car jackings and people sleeping in the lobby. If you like safety and infestation free living, avoid the Gramax. Within 3 months living here i have already had roaches since the day i moved in, people doing drugs in the stairways, people sleeping in the garage, among other inconveniences. Most recently my car was broken into and all 4 wheels were stolen, an ENTIRE week after putting in a service ticket for the broken garage door that was marked resolved without actually being fixed. Unfortunately I did not get approved because I am a full-time student, but this place seems great! At least in regard to the employees, especially the property manager LaTamara. She was very patient and responsive. The prices are some of the best in Moco considering location and quality of the building!
I lived at the Gramax for 3 years, 2021-2024, in a studio apartment. Overall I had a decent experience and if you're living on a budget, are self sufficient and need metro access, it's a good option. Great views and friendly neighbors too! Most notable reviews are on amenities, safety and management. Amenities: Amazon locker is convenient.
