To whom it may concern, I’ve lived in the Gramax apartment building 8060 13th ST. Silver spring MD. 20910 for many years. I’ve watched the black trashcan valet, armed security and concierge service all but vanish under different managers. This letter isn’t to complain but to commend the new management team in general, they’re all great but in particular Andrew. Five stars for the property management team! Andrew, the assistant property manager, is amazing—he's patient, kind, and always helps me with my issues. Shout-out to Daniel and Carlos from maintenance and our new manager, Sam, too. They all do a great job and are so good with the residents.
This is strictly about the Assistant Property Mgr Andrew Santos. His patience and compassion and overall customer service, even when alone and maybe overwhelmed, is outstanding. I had a situation, and Andrew extended far more grace than many would have, in addition to actively helping me solve my problem. So, thank you Andrew! You’re amazing and I will never forget it!
