For a small business that relies on word of mouth and positive reviews, it was really disappointing to experience such poor communication throughout this project. We ordered custom cabinets and were told we would receive pictures and updates along the way, but that never happened. It took multiple reach outs on our end to get ahold of them or a response. Would not recommend using Grain House.
Would not recommend using Grain House for your custom cabinetry needs. We were super excited for our built-in cabinet and shelving project but the project was never installed. Communication throughout the process was frustrating. Mark said he would send picture updates and keep us informed, but I had to follow up multiple times via text and phone calls with no response and the install date changed several times as well. Craftsmanship and attention to detail are what sets The Grain House apart from others. We asked them to build and install multiple floating shelves in our house. They went above and beyond by getting samples of our flooring and creating a stain for the shelves that matched our flooring perfectly. Their work was so good we asked them to make even more shelves for us. If you want high quality work done by people that take pride in their craft - these are the guys.
