Bummer first time experience. Sunday, 3/1/26 dinner service. Ordered a Little Gem salad and iced tea to start. Iced tea was quality, freshly brewed, flavorful. Appreciated the paper straw. After several minutes we were told the Little Gem was not available. A few minutes later my date picked a specialty cocktail off the menu. Server came back several minutes later to inform us they were out of that particular cocktail. She then ordered The Butterfly Effect as an alternate drink. Their Google information needs to be updated when you search for open late Evanston this place pops up and Google says open till 12 AM but last call was at 9:45 and I ended up eating at Taco Bell.
This place is super nice! The bartender Javi was wonderful, super personable and made our time at the bar extremely enjoyable! Will definitely return.
First time visiting, but the in-laws are regulars there, they even have their own table. My father in law thought I might not like the limited menu, but I did appreciate the limited, but well prepared foods. We started with the delicious crab cakes. Excellently prepared and presented with a remoulade garnish, radish slices and green leafs. Next was their home made Mac& Cheese made with real cheese, just like I used to make for my children.
