I got this apartment because of the 6 weeks free promotion! After exactly 4 weeks I got a notice my rent was due. I just moved to Albuquerque so I was counting on paying rent on the 6th week. Today I got a notice that I have 3 days to pay or I will be kicked out and taken to court. This is the worse apartment since I have arrived here I have killed a ton of roaches.. I had to put a five-star review because it doesn't matter how many ones stars review this place will not move past three or go under three so might as well help them out. Because any rate under 4.5 is failing to employers. Everything that the one stars reviews say is true. That's what everyone is saying about these apartments. Great management and haven't had an issue living here, great place. Edit; I was forced to write this review and I do not think this place is a good place to live, has a huge roach problem, water system seems to be an issue, I remember one time the whole bottom apartments got flooded and it was sewer flood, it was pretty bad, any time I had an issue and tried to call maintenance they would take days to respond or not respond at all and just close the open issue my mother was also coerced into leaving a 5 star review they do d... read more
Me and my fiancé have been living here for years and it’s the best it’s ever been with Leah as the manager in the office, she does everything she say she’s gonna do she’s very helpful and friendly and we are so grateful to have her here! Also the maintenance man Eduardo was super helpful and friendly and we also got a few work orders with our apartment resolved quickly as well! Appreciate them both!
Poor response at best, sometimes NO response at all, spoke with the guy in the office Thursday, his response to me was "I have staff on site", this was after I had stressed that I didn't believe anyone would show up (of course they didn't), next day went into the office and spoke directly to the manager Leah, who said it would be handled by EOD, that was yesterday, no one showed, no one called and here it is Saturday w/o A/C.
