Been trying to go in for a tour for the last 3 weeks, office is ALWAYS locked and closed, phone calls aren’t being answered, and when they are some lady name Leah is rude and has a smart mouth. Would not recommend. If I can’t even get in for a tour I wouldn’t expect the people in the office to do their job either way. Especially Leah. Should get rid of that rude girl. Don’t rent here !
I still live here unfortunately till the end of this month. Thank God it couldn't come faster. Living here is like living in a run-down motel. The only good about this place is the young lady that works in the office that sits at the desk in the front. She is the sweetest. But yeah, where do I start? Let's see roaches. I’ve really enjoyed living at Montecito The community is quiet and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and responsive. Any maintenance issues I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally. The location is convenient, and I feel safe and comfortable here. I also appreciate how clean the grounds are kept—it’s clear they take pride in the property. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice place to live!
