Poor response at best, sometimes NO response at all, spoke with the guy in the office Thursday, his response to me was "I have staff on site", this was after I had stressed that I didn't believe anyone would show up (of course they didn't), next day went into the office and spoke directly to the manager Leah, who said it would be handled by EOD, that was yesterday, no one showed, no one called and here it is Saturday w/o A/C. I’ve lived here for almost 3 months now and I love it! I think it’s a great price and I feel very safe here, even coming home late at night. The property managers are very kind and helpful and so are the maintenance staff! There is an occasional roach but living in New Mexico that’s kind of a given. Great place to live, everyone’s very friendly and welcoming!
If I could leave negative stars, I would. This has been, without question, the worst apartment experience I have ever had, and I sincerely hope anyone considering moving here reads this before signing a lease. Living here has been nothing but stress, frustration, and disappointment. I have never felt like management genuinely cares about the people who live here. We just moved here and we love our apartment complex and all of the staff! They have been nothing but welcoming and helpful during our whole move in process. They definitely care and make sure all the facilities look nice. I recommend looking into moving here!
