Leah, the manager, is very unprofessional. She is unwilling to help long-term residents.
Avoid Tesoro on Spain as well they have the same management and company. Do yourself a favor and look past the scripted praise to see the real issues being reported by those of us struggling to get basic help.
I want to start off by saying I would give zero stars if that option was available. This place is a mold, roach and homeless infested complex!!! If you have any sense or even care about your well being, AVOID THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX AT ALL COST!!! The current property manager might just be the worst one yet. She tries to put a curtain over the MAJOR issues by throwing these "community parties". Which is really just an excuse for them to buy food and drinks for their office. We moved out with legal reasons to break our lease and they keep harassing us to pay 3 extra months of rent as a termination fee. But our reasons for leaving are completely valid reasons for breaking a lease early we made them aware of the lack of hot water since the first day we moved in. We told them we were without heat for the whole 3 months we were there. They knew about the cockroach infestation in all the apartments and laundry room. All the washing machines were broken.
