In the category of teams as you know Eric and I came in 2nd place in Texas. Emirza Gradiz and Carlos Gradiz team came in 1st place. This team has an incredible amount of dedication, well educated and believes in learning daily. They are amazing and would recommend them to anyone that are buying or selling in the San Antonio area. We had the privilege of working with Carlos. He made sure our selling process was smooth and as stress free as possible even the times, when I would stress out he always would say call me when you start to stress lol thank you Carlos, he is really great at listening to your concerns and worries. Not many agents have time to really listen and make you feel like you are PRIORITY. We highly recommend the Gradiz group.
