My review seems to have fallen off so after talking to a friend about a similar experience I feel the need to highlight this, again. I used to see cliff every 2 weeks like clock work. You would think a barber would be loyal to a person like that... WRONG. I used to get my hair cut religiously by cliff (once every 2 weeks) but I stopped going because he would often cancel my appt for an "emergency." These were often him just canceling on me in order to serve his other clients (I came in after being pushed back to see him cutting 2 children's hair for a friend of his) The final straw was when he canceled my cut the day before a big event with no attempt at reconciling he later offered to cut my hair as the event was starting.
