I have not been a costumer at this shop (Jensen why I put 3 stars) and after reading how the owner responses to bad reviews, it has solidify that I will not be going here at all. The way the owner responded to a few negative reviews was very rude, passive aggressive and snarky. I get that some bad reviews could be upsetting or just down right ridiculous but it is very unprofessional with some of the rude responses given back. My wife dropped off her dress for preservation on December 28th, 2023. It is now almost one whole year later and the dress is nowhere to be found. The owner has not returned any calls, messages, emails, texts, etc. Do not recommend. Edit: My wife was told she would have a tracking number by the end of last week. She still has nothing and no response. We just want the dress back.
I wanted to set up a special day for my daughter to try on dresses for her wedding. I had a few questions since she lives out of town. I was unable to book online due to scheduling. I called 3 times, emailed twice and texted. I NEVER heard back from this store or any human. I am sadly disappointed since I do live in Perrysburg, I can’t imagine purchasing a dress from a store that customer service is so poor!!

Initially, I had a great appointment at The Gown Shop and found my dream wedding dress. I worked with Jen, who was great, but sadly ended up leaving before my dress was delivered.
