Food is awesome. Service is hit or miss. Don't ask for an application. I did and the employee yelled to the manager in the office, "Are we hiring?" "No." Wouldn't even let me fill out an application. Your loss. I have been a server/host trainer for several restaurants and on the opening team for several Bonefish Grill openings. Yum's the word!! Our "go to" place for 21 years, and we've never gotten tired of one thing about The Gourmet Shop. It is both Peter's and my first choice when deciding where we want to go to for birthdays, not to mention Saturday lunch. The food is always fresh and delicious (don't think I've ever had a disappointing meal), and the relaxed atmosphere, whether you're sitting inside or out, makes your visit special each time. Oh, did I say we love this place?
My husband and I LOVE this sweet little jewel! We go as often as we can and are always in heaven! Thank you to my college roommate who used to live in Columbia who introduced us years ago!
