I live right on 6th Ave in Tacoma and walk past The Gourmet Niche every day, seeing my favorite food trucks load up for the day. I reached out to owner, Chef Bette Ann, who was very kind and arranged for me to meet there for a quick tour of the space. There were plenty of work spaces, refrigerators, ovens and storage racks. I feel good giving a great referral instead of a testimony from being a customer. We are one of the businesses regular contractor's and have done work for them for years. They are always super friendly and from behind the stage testimony they keep a clean shop/ kitchen. I have heard lots of great things from other customers so I am sure you won't be disappointed.
