The employees at this store have a very aggressive attitude, they are very disrespectful when an item is not priced properly. They have a new policy in place where if an item doesn’t have a price on it it will be put away until the next day. This process has created a passive aggressive attitude on behalf of this stores employees. It is not the customer‘s fault if the item has not been properly priced there’s no need for passive aggressive attitudes or, speculation. There are good supervisors at this Goodwill and there is one that is not she has a horrible attitude. I ask for her name she wouldn't give it out to me. She said I get you people all the time. Unprofessional, rude needs to be trained how to talk to customers instead of her acting like she owns the store.

I frequent this Goodwill. I came here today because I needed a pair of flip-flops for a pedicure. There was only one pair in the adult sizes and it didn’t have a price tag. I knew from past experience that generally, they would just take the item to the back and get it priced so that I could purchase it. While I was in line, a few people have had me ran into the same issue and the cashier gave her a generic price and the woman said yes, and then they sold her the item.
