I'm really disappointed in how this company handles their business. Eddie Badder was representing the seller in a home we put an offer in on. The day after we are told they have accepted our offer and to turn in the $500 retainer to their office. Soon after the money is delivered I am told they have changed their minds before the contract was signed and want to counter our offer.
