Beautiful building with great views of the lake. I lived there six years until 2022 and loved every day of it. It’s very well connected with transit and the flooding, etc. was just the usual consequence of condo living. these things happen and as I remember the building dealt with it without too much increase in condo fees. It’s a well managed friendly community.
This place can only be rented. if some one you know owns a place. In this building. The front desk was fantastic to help you in regards to your stay. Place was clean. Well secured. And freindly. Convenient as the distillery as is right there. We use spot hero app to park by this place in a under ground lot
Great staff, very clean, the neighborhood is amazing.. incredible views
