The reception on Friday 15 May in the morning so rude. I just wanna to asking do they have appointment available and she just hang up the phone and closed directly . This is rude behavior especially health clinic industry
Great doctors, all of them. Very popular. Wish they all worked longer hours. Appointments at a premium.
I’m really disappointed with the scheduling at this clinic. Every time we come in for an appointment, we end up waiting at least 40 minutes past our booked time. They are never on schedule, which makes it very frustrating, especially when you plan your day around the appointment. I will say the doctors themselves are good and professional. However, the reception experience really lets the place down. The receptionist is extremely rude and often answers questions in a dismissive tone.
