I wonder if their high stars are fake reviews because I went in once and had a poor experience. There were 10 other people in the waiting room and one by one I heard them all complain loudly about one thing or another - from appointment vs wait time, patient being asked to attend but then GP didn’t know why, to the bill at the end and then some. Obviously haven’t returned and I heard most of the other patients also threatened to not return.
I've always thought very highly of the Medical clinic.All the colleagues there,do really look after all the patients.They're very polite.
