I would give negative stars if possible. My father was transferred here by case management at HCA on a “verbal” agreement to which he never agreed. Upon arrival the hospice nurse showed up and immediately called transport to take him back to hospital due to unsafe conditions. The house is surrounded by razor wire and has no licensed personnel onsite. The hospice nurse reported a rat ran across her foot.
