Misrepresentation of their ability to solve an issue over the phone. Paid a service charge and ended up in worse shape with no solution. Proposal is a massive job not worth considering.

My husband tried to fix our broken shower handle and he ended up causing damage to the shower plumbing. I called the Good Plumber and Paul was here within an hour. Paul was outstanding. Excellent customer service. Excellent work. I would highly recommend!
I started out doing a fix it yourself plumbing project on a Saturday afternoon... I think you can guess where this is going. They fixed my "good intentions" quickly, professionally, and were fair in their pricing. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services Thank you again for your good service
