Wait times are ridiculous. Last time I waited 2 hours past my appointment time before I got called back. This time, I’m sitting here in the waiting room and it’s an hour my past my time. They will call in appointments who aren’t scheduled for an hour or two ahead of time but not the behind appointments. Front office needs A LOT of work.
Does not give patients informed consent about procedures when they are on Medicaid where the patient could be charged for it. Also passes the blamed to their vendors and medical suppliers. Their ultrasound tech also hurts you if inform her that an area near your sternum is tender due to a missing rib she makes sure to press really hard into that area with her ultrasound device. Please avoid this office at all costs.
I had a heart stint 2 days ago and the dr lied to me he kept me awake during the procedure and said I would not feel a thing. This was a title lie he numbed my leg but yet I felt everything I was screaming on the operating table begging him to stop. Told my husband would take an hour to a hour and half. I was out in 15 minutes because of the pain 2 days later as of today I can’t still not walk on my right leg he did not come out and speak to my husband or me he didn’t give me any results and I still don’t have them.
