All you folks that think Ruben is so great better hope none of his work fails and causes damage to your house like it did mine. He refuses to take responsibility for water damage to my ceiling he directly caused by not installing a safety switch on the correct pipe in attic. I discovered a leak in my ceiling and he did show up to address it but left my house unresolved. He was unable to perform a simple task of locating the primary drain line and clearing that. Ruben was nice and polite and showed up on time. However he showed up smelling like weed and looking high. He walked through my house to give me a proposal and left my house smelling like weed. We had to open windows to air it out and spray with deodorizer. Per their reviews they probably do good work. Sorry to say we won’t be using Good Guys.
The owner helped me decide what would work best for me to keep my home cool. Installation starts today 7/2 and will fill you in on the progress at a later date.
Shoddy workmanship, they are clueless and will not stand behind their work. Stay away from this company.
Came through on a sunday! Fixed my heater super quick and explained to me what was wrong! Very polite n professional and had extra stuff like filters and fuses on hand. They have a lot of experience , will call again
