I don't normally leave reviews like this , but Matt North and " The Good Guys " are not such good guys after all . We have done contract work for them in the past and finally had to file suit in order to get paid . Well I guess I didn't learn my lesson. We did a couple more jobs for them a year or so after the lawsuit The entire time mind you Matt knew they were filing bankruptcy . This time we got stuck with a 10k loss . Its folks like Matt North that make all GCs look bad . Please avoid him and his dishonesty at all cost .
Our company work for Good Guys and we haven’t gotten pay back a retained money it had been over 7 months, they said that they will be giving us payments but they stopped answering msg or calls. It is not right that we do our best by finishing the job and living the their clients happy or satisfied if they are not paying their employees.
I would give them 10 stars. Amazing customer service and professionalism throughout the process. I had carpet replaced and it is as gorgeous as it is well installed. Great care taken with all my furniture. Look no further for a great company.
