The Glastonbury, CT store manager, Dwight, was an excellent resource to explain the changing condition of my feet, and how the situation could be remedied. He was very helpful and attentive to finding the correct foot orthotic and shoe size. Dwight was very friendly and did not try to rush me through my store visit. I left the store confident that I had purchased the correct shoes and received the appropriate foot orthotic replacements.
