The store is very efficient and the sales team is knowledgeable. We had Kelly who I think is the store manager for North Wales. There’s a very distinct sales pitch involved, but the information seems sound. I started using them yesterday and I like the feel of it. It’ll take some time to determine if it’s going to make a significant difference in how my feet feel.
Less than 24 hours after the purchase I tried to cancel the order, I am left with their refusal. Very difficult!
Kelly was very knowledgeable and professional
To early I’ll let you know later
