This place may give relief to a small percentage of people but when I went in it seemed like a scam. I was having pain in my right arch. So I made an appointment for a fitting at the good feet store. Upon entering the store no one was in the store. Eventually an employee came out from the back. Long story short, they put their inserts in THEIR shoes, which did feel marginally better. We visited a shoe store to have my husband measured for a lift for his shorter leg. The process took over an hour, but the staff was thorough and professional. The salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly, and patiently answered all our questions. In the end, we were presented with three different options, each costing $500 per set. We decided to go with one set for now. Overall, it was a positive experience with excellent customer service, though the cost was on the higher side.
