Terrific experience. We brought my Wife and son who are both flat footed. My wife has dealt with many health issues impacting her ability to walk, and the person working with her was very attentive. Sullivan was extremely helpful with my son, who is shy about his foot sensitivity. Both of them could feet the difference right away, even in my sons worn out shoes. Good things to say about the store and staff all around.
My first experience was awesome 👌 👏. Sullivan took care of me and gave me all the information I needed as he guided me through the process. . I immediately felt a tremendous relief once my inserts were placed inside my shoes and I began walking around. Im flat footed, so to feel my heel elevate. My mom went into the Good feet store earlier this month. She’s older and has some balance issues. Sullivan helped her with the supports and explained how she should wear them and get used to them. They called me to check in on her and see how she was doing. That really showed me that they care about their customers. She has walked more in the last few days than in a long time.
The person working with me did not inform me of the store policy on "returns." When I went to return the supports on 8-22-2026, because the supports' hard plastic material is so firm that it places pressure on the center of my arches and it is very painful. That was when he told me that I could not return them until I have had them between 60 and 90 days!
