Annette was great! Took the time to explain everything and get the right inserts for my husband and me, but then came the price! $3149 for the two of us! I’m sorry but that is just a ridiculous price point for molded plastic. The pricing should be upfront before going through an hour long fitting and sales pitch. How I don’t know how they stay in business with these prices.
The sales lady was polite and professional. She did call me three times like she said. The store was clean and organized. The insoles for the sneaker help my condition but is a little pricey. Happy about the support for my feet but not the price.

Went to the Good Feet Store in Chambersburg, Pa. Very friendly knowledgeable people. Annette measured my feet and showed me arch supports and shoes that would benefit me. I enjoyed the experience and went away with insights into helping my foot problem. I did experience sticker shock of the cost of some products, but still purchased a couple items.Thank you for the service.
I went to the Chambersburg location and worked with Danielle. She was amazing to work with, she understood my concerns, and answered my questions. I have been able to do more on my feet with less pain, and it seems to keep improving. Thank you so much!
