I went into The Good Feet Store (chain) in Waco, TX. After the 45 minute process designed to ensure the consumer has invested so much time they are more motivated to “buy” vs walk out — the salesman starts talking about financing. Financing a $7 piece of uncomfortable plastic? But like many, I spent the money. Months with zero improvement, I later ordered a $35 shoe insert and within 60 days was 95% improved — and today 100%. Save your money.
Visited the store today and was helped by Austin M. He was great answering any questions we had.
Nancy E. Francisco was so patient with me. He worked with me for about an hour until I was comfortable with the supports. I'm still getting use to wearing them but i have noticed a change in my balance in just a few days.
Went to this store this morning. Enrique helped me. Im a senior, with flat feet and other feet problems.He took his time to get to know me better. Learning my past profession. Watched me walk and took images of my feet. Baby oh boy , my poor feet. They have 73 years of wear and tear on them.. I was fitted and custom insoles were handed to me to try . THe Arch Support Specialist, Jade Jenkins, greeted us as we walked in the door of the White Marsh 'The Good Foot Store.' She motioned to the area designated for a personal and private exchange where she listened to the concerns we expressed regarding the appropriate arch support. She was a more than an arch support expert, She was genuine. Her manner was one of caring support. Drove all the way to Lakeline location. CLOSED!!1 Nothing on door saying they were not open!
The sales people will absolutely do whatever it takes to get a sale. I was lied to about how to use the system and bought the product. Caused severe knee pain right away and was unable to get a full refund. My BBB complaint went unanswered by the company so I am out of luck. Do not buy from this scam business.
