Their customer service is very good. However, after my purchase I had remorse and reached out them to return and get a refund. After being told there were no refunds, went through various avenues and was successful in getting a full refund going through Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division . This was easy to use and they were very helpful. Their follow-up was excellent. Would recommend to stay away. It is much cheaper to go to a Podiatrist.
