Peter was great. Very detailed and knowledgeable. He gets 5 stars. The price for the system however is very high and there are no refunds - hence the 4 star rating. But I still invested in the system in the hopes of finding relief from my chronic pain from plantars fasciitis. Still to early to tell if this was a wise investment or a waste of money. Time will tell...
The gentleman who helped me was so incredibly knowledgeable about the product making it easy to make my decision. I'm already feeling the benefits of the supports couldn't recommend then more.
They took ~$1,900 from my elderly mother, for shoes and insoles that made her feet even MORE painful! That is an INCREDIBLE amount of money for shoes! They would not refund anything, stating that it was because she didn't have the box anymore! Then they stated they don't accept returns and wouldn't make refunds anyway. Highly misleading, basically bilked my elderly, frail mother (who has much difficulty walking) of ~$1,900! Just shameful.
