I had come to this location the first time for slippers, returned them and got store credit for them. I wanted to come back to buy something, and in my first attempt we came towards closing and staff ignored us and made us feel unwelcome. We returned at a later date and an associate named Peter kept telling us to go next door to buy shoes instead. The staff is very unprofessional and unwelcoming. including the manager. I would not reccomend this location and will not be returning in the future.

I had a good experience with RJ who explained everything in detail and had me consider options until I was fully satisfied. He was very thorough and did not push me to buy what I did not need. He also was very patient and knowledgeable. He enjoys what he does - he is definitely an asset. The proof of how well this will work for me hopefully will come about soon. I am following the instructions carefully.
