If I could put 0 stars I would. This product is absolutely trash. While the people are nice and "helpful" they are selling a product that I'm sure they know is a scam and clearly doesn't work. Before purchasing, I asked if I needed to go up a shoe size and I was told no. I can't fit the soles in my shoes comfortably even with taking the original soles out my feet still feel squished. This place is a ripoff to say the least. They will sell you things that you don’t want and don’t need at a price five times what an exact match costs from Amazon.com. And the no refund policy makes this feel like a huge scam!
