These do not work. They're hard plastic. The guy fitted me with such high arch supports my hip, knee and especially my back pain got worse; and the bottom of my feet hurt even after wearing them the way I was told. I went back and he only changed 1 to "try out". Still no relief. I was never told that you couldn't return them and get a refund. They're trying to give me an arch where none is.
