I received more information about my feet then at my podiatrist. I got every question answered.
Had a great experience getting assessed and fitted by William. I have very flat feet and has started to cause hip pain after walking only short distances. The supports I was fitted with instantly corrected some posture and gait issues and seems to be promising so far in terms of a long-term fix for this dysfunction. William couldn't have been nicer and made the whole process quite seamless.
Andrew seemed very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Good experience! .
Customer service was good. However the insoles are making me dizzy. Think they are too high. Need adjustment.
