Alex Eggers did a great job with his outstanding customer service and actual genuine caring of my situation.
On a scale of 1 to 10 I give.them a 0, Way over priced don’t waste your money. Went back the day after I bought them to get my money back they told me I was SOL. Even the the items were unopened and unused. If I worked there I couldn’t sleep at night knowing what they charge people for their crap. The VP of sales called me and I was able to get a refund. And I was able to buy just the items I wanted. Thank You
I had a wonderful experience at the Goodfeet Store in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Alex waited on us. He was very knowledgeable and gave me informative details about how the inserts would work to help my problems. We left the store happily ready to start the regiment of instructions to become familiar with my 3 inserts. I look forward to the "up to 4 weeks" to work Hopefully, it will be sooner.
